The center of all the tasks performed by the Korea Coast Guard is based on the specificity of the ocean, and it is centered on the ocean, which is about 4.5 times the area of the land. The role of Korea Coast Guard, which has a very strong specificity of the organization, is very important. Among them, the ability of divers who are trained to protect the lives and property of the people from various marine accidents in the ocean is one of the very important measures to be evaluated by the Korea Coast Guard. This study is to investigate the effects of special training on the employment path of the police officers in the special rescue system. The effects of the similar experience on education and training were examined by the transfer of self-efficacy and the high-level specialized education according to the organizational level. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effects of similar careers on the educational training efficacy of students who show differences in individual abilities and to identify the necessity of changes in the educational training method. Also, the students who completed the specialization education and training of the Korea Coast Guard training center. It is expected that the satisfaction of education and training will be confirmed according to their personal characteristics, and that it will be the first empirical study to improve the education system.
