6) As the trend of the times leads to the formation of issues appropriate to the times, Improving gender sensibility and the pursuit of gender equality have become an issue of the current era and are becoming a common goal of pursuit of the world. This study was conducted to prepare a curriculum in which gender sensibilities can naturally permeate at the training center for the development of human resources for the Korea Coast Guard as a plan for the Korea Coast Guard to realize a gender-equal organizational culture. As a research method, based on the theoretical definition of gender sensitivity, the characteristics of the current maritime police organizational culture and the current status of education were reviewed, and based on this, the following suggestions were made on the direction of education that the Korea Coast Guard should go forward. First, the establishment of a department specializing in gender education for the Korea Coast Guard. Training and use of specialized internal faculty (gender perception sensitivity, gender equality, sexual harassment, etc.) for gender consciousness education reflecting the characteristics of the organization Third, research on the level of awareness of trainees and changes in education methods Fourth, the need for specialization of the curriculum There was a theoretical limitation that there was no accumulated preceding research on gender education that reflects the characteristics of the Korea Coast Guard. This study aims to provide data on the direction of gender education that Korea Coast Guard officials should pursue for the'unemployed gender equality society' promoted by the Korean government.
