This preference maintenance led to the recognition of passenger ships and cruise ship operators classified as dairy business types as social inequality systems from the perspective of multi-use ships, and resulted in increasing complaints about regulations applied to them. In addition, Unlike the purpose of the ｢Fishing management and promotion act｣, which was enacted for the protection of fishery resources and the development of farming and fishing villages, Therefore, this study examined the current status and problems of current fishing vessels, examined the improvement plans presented by the previous studies, and then studied what realistic application limitations have arisen in reflecting the improvement of the system. By suggesting the system improvement and policy direction suitable for the domestic market, it focused on derailment of fishing vessels for the introduction of the fishing line system.
