스마트 해양 구축을 위한 과제
이 연구의 목적은 최근 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 다양한 분야 중 스마트 관련 요소를 해양이라는 장소적 범위에 적용하여 스마트 해양 구축에 대한 문제점과 대책을살펴보았다. 지난 2016년에 제시된 4차 산업혁명은 IC 기술을 중심으로 인간의 삶의질을 향상 시키는데 주목적이 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 대표적 요소는 IoT와 빅데이터를 기반으로 한 스마트 그리드, 드론을 통한 해양 감시, 무인 선박 등이 대표적인 것으로 이 연구에서도 대상으로 하였으며, 이러한 요소를 실제 해양에 적용한 분야를스마트 해양이라고 할 수 있다. 4차 산업혁명에서 도래되는 문제는 일반적으로 하드웨어와 관련된 데이터 손상, 사생활 침해, 사이버 공격 등이 제시되고 있다. 이러한문제는 스마트 해양도 적용되는바 이 연구에서도 하드웨어적 문제점과 아울러 소프트웨어적 문제점을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 해양 스마트 그리드의 경우 효율적인 전력 사용을 위해 IoT를 기반으로 센서 중심의 데이터 입력과 분석이 행해지는데, 이과정에서 이용자와 공급자의 양방향 정보교환이 필수적이기 때문에 다양한 사이버공격이 가능하다. 즉 잘못된 정보의 입력 및 분석, 악성 코드 문제 등이 가능하다. 드론의 경우 저렴한 비용, 쉬운 작동법 등과 함께 인명 손실의 감소 등의 장점이 있지만, 기계에서 오는 격추 내지 범죄 집단의 역공 우려도 있으며, 무인선박의 경우아직 기술적 보완이 많이 필요하겠지만 다양한 위험 상황에서 난해한 해결, 책임소재 등의 법적 문제는 남아 있다. 또한 지속적으로 제기되고 있는 각종 사건·사고의실태를 제시하여 4차 산업혁명이 개발과 발전은 당연하겠지만 가장 기본적 문제점 해결도 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.
Assignment for Smart Marine Construction
Interest in the recent Fourth Industrial Revolution is very high. The fourth industrial revolution is aimed at improving the quality of human life through technology. The main elements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are iot, bigdata, and drone etc. Based on these factors, the company is building a smart city. The study extended elements of the 4th Industrial Revolution and the smart sector to the ocean. There are a variety of things that get the most attention in the smart ocean. The study limited the use of smart grids, drones and unmanned vessels. There are pros and cons of each field. In case of smart grids, efficient energy use, environmental protection, reduction of fear of loss of life in drones, monitoring and prevention of crimes in vast seas, and low cost and high efficiency of unmanned ships. However, cyber attacks, malicious codes and hacking by criminals or groups of criminals in each field are cited as problems. The measures presented thorough security, recruitment of security experts, training on security expertise, analysis and feedback on issues and related legislation.
