해양경찰공무원의 노후준비도 향상을 위한 IPA 분석 : 퇴직준비교육을 중심으로
본 연구는 해양경찰공무원의 노후준비도를 향상시키기 위해서 수행하여야 할 퇴직준비교육의 적절성을 규명하는데 있다. 해양경찰공무원들이 퇴직 후 생활변화에대해서 의식은 하고 있지만 충분한 준비를 갖추지 못하고 있어 퇴직준비제도가 필요하다. 해양경찰공무원들이 새로운 생활에 자연스럽게 적응할 수 있도록 하여 해양경찰공무원의 사기 유지 및 직원이 퇴직 시까지 의욕 있게 일을 함으로써 조직의 활성화를 기하는 효과가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 점에서 선택과 집중을 통한 원활한퇴직설계를 위해서 전문가 패널중심으로 해양경찰공무원들의 노후준비도에 대한 내용의 상대적 중요도와 그에 따른 수행가능도를 확인하는 IPA분석을 하고자 한다. 분석결과 중요도 부문에서는 재취업 영역에 재취업트랜드, 사회공헌 영역에서 나눔과봉사를 통한 제2의 인생, 귀농귀촌 영역의 준비된 귀농귀촌이 가장 중요한 것으로나타났다. 수행가능도에서는 나눔과 봉사를 통한 제2의 인생, 재취업 트랜드, 재취업성공실패 순으로 수행가능도가 높은 것으로 확인되었다.
IPA Analysis to Improve Maritime Police Officers' Retirement Preparation : Focusing on Retirement Preparation Education
The purpose of this study is to investigate the appropriateness of retirement preparation education which should be carried out to improve the preparedness of the marine police officers. Maritime police officers are aware of the changes in life after retirement but do not have enough preparation, so retirement preparation is needed. It can be said that marine police officers are able to naturally adjust to new lives, thus maintaining the morale of marine police officers and the willingness of employees to work until they are retired. In this regard, I would like to analyze IPA which confirms the relative importance of contents of aged police officers' durability preparations and their feasibility according to the expert panel for smooth retirement design through selection and concentration. As a result of analysis, re - employment trend in re - employment field, second life through sharing and volunteering in social contribution field, In the performance possibility, it was confirmed that the second possibility of life through the sharing and service, the reemployment trend, and the failure to succeed in reemployment were high.
