무도교수의 리더십 유형이 해양경찰 교육생의 수업몰입ㆍ수업만족ㆍ수업태도에 미치는 영향
본 연구의 목적은 무도교수의 리더십 유형이 해양경찰 교육생들의 수업몰입, 수업 만족, 수업태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 있다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 연구 대상의 일반적인 특성을 살 펴보기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 무도교수의 리더십 유형이 수업몰입, 수업만 족, 수업태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해양경찰 무도교수의 리더십 유형은 수업몰입(flow)에 영향을 미친다. 리더 십 유형 중 훈련․지시형과 사회적 지지형 순으로 자기목적경험, 수업내용에 대한 몰두 요인에 영향을 미치고 훈련․지시형, 사회적 지지형, 권위적 행동형 순으로 수 업과정에의 통합, 수업행동과 의식 일치, 도전과 통제감 요인에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 해양경찰 무도교수의 리더십 유형은 수업만족(satisfaction)에 영향을 미친다. 리더십 유형 중 훈련․지시형과 사회적 지지형 순으로 운동능력 만족 요인에 영향을 미치고 훈련․지시형, 사회적 지지형, 긍정적 보상형 순으로 수업환경 만족과 교사행 동 만족 요인에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 해양경찰 무도교수의 리더십 유형은 수업태도(attitude)에 영향을 미친다. 리더십 유형 중 훈련․지시형과 사회적 지지형 순으로 기본적 태도, 심리적 태도, 사 회적 태도 요인에 영향을 미치고 훈련․지시형, 사회적 지지형, 긍정적 보상형 순으 로 기술, 체력적 태도 요인에 영향을 미친다.
The Effects of Martial Arts Instructors' Leadership Types on Class Flow, Class Satisfaction and Class Attitudes of Coast Guard Trainees
The purpose of this study was to determine how martial arts instructors' leadership types affected class flow, class satisfaction, and class attitudes of coast guard trainees. First, leadership types of martial arts instructors for coast guards may affect class flow. Specifically, drill/direction, followed by social support, may have the greatest effects on experience in self-purpose and on instructional contents and drill/direction, followed by social support and authoritative action, may have the greatest effects on integration into an instructional process. Second, leadership types of martial arts instructors for coast guards may affect class satisfaction and class attitudes. Specifically, drill/direction may have the greatest effects on satisfaction and attitudes with the class environment and on satisfaction with instructors' behaviors. In conclusion, instructors' leadership types may serve as an important element in providing instruction in martial arts for coast guards.
